Alana and Kerry Baez took great care of us during the entire home buying process. They answered all the questions we had and told us to keep in touch if anything comes up after we moved in. Alana described the housing market as slowing down compared to earlier in the year, and we found that to be the case. We had time to complete an inspection and request repairs from the seller. Outstanding Alana understands the business side of selling real estate and she has a warm and friendly personality. She evaluates what needs to be done by the seller to make their property appealing to prospective buyers and performs a through market analysis to determine an appropriate asking price. Alana exhibited excellent communication skills by responding promptly to questions and following up on issues to make sure the matter was resolved.

I met Alana through some mutual friends in the middle of the pandemic without a plan to move to Tampa. She was nice, outgoing, and genuinely down to earth. I asked for her contact info should a job opportunity ever present itself and I am happy that I did. Alana is the most professional, knowledgeable, and helpful Agent that Ive worked with. Her knowledge of the market mixed with her level of professionalism is a breath of fresh air. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy in this difficult market. I am currently working with her and hope to keep doing so for years to come.

The first, and ONLY, realtor I will EVER use!! Alana was so patient with my first home purchase, which also happened to be her first sale! My hubs and I bought and sold two other homes w/her, and would not even dream of trusting anyone else. Alana is very knowledgeable about the market and industry, and what will sell your home. I needed to sell my last home as quickly as possible so she recommended staging. Yes, it cost to stage but made the world of difference ... I had offers w/in two weeks and actually saved money in the end. Alana will truly LISTEN to what you want in a new home and will patiently and tirelessly show you as many homes as you need to see, until you find the perfect one for you. All along the way with empathy, integrity and humor! Even though I've moved out of the FL area, Alana and I remain connected as friends but also network in regards to market, improvements, strategy, etc. I have recommended friends to Alana, which have resulted in new homes for those friends, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the all around perfect partner in securing their new home, or selling their old one!

I've worked with Alana in both the buying and selling side of the housing market. In both cases I had a wonderful experience working with Alana. Alana was quick to communicate as things arose and was nimble enough to meet or chat whenever needed. Additionally, Alana has a great network to support her and was able to provide great recommendations for the related ancillary services that come with the buying/selling experience.
