I highly recommend the law firm of DeLoach, Hofstra & Cavonis, P.A. Mr. Cavonis and Mary Hinton (probate Paralegal) were very helpful and supportive. They kept me informed and up to date during the probate process. Also, they were very supportive and understanding during my time of grief. Mostly, they were able to get all the forms and documents filed to the court in a timely manner and got the probate case of my dad's estate resolved and closed in less than 3 months. Hooray. I can say every person I spoke with at the firm was very professional and courteous. They decided to not accept our case which is certainly their choice. Perhaps if they didn't invest so much in mailing material to people they decline, they would have more capital to allocate to more useful pursuits for those who need it. Just a thought.
