Beware of this place! I had a 12X12 print made and I supplied the file. The woman who took my order never, once mentioned that I would be charged for a 16x20. Horrible customer service! This morning I went to pick up the print and was charged $27.00. Twice the amount as a 12X12. I've got 40+ years in the advertising industry and this is wrong on all levels. Typically, you pay a square foot price. They have devised a method to steal from their own customers. I will never, ever step foot in a Office Depot, again! Wrong! Just WRONG!
