        We were visiting from Canada. My son forgot his elastics. I called to see if we could pick up a replacement bag. We were seen immediately. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

        He is both professional and personable so it is hard to feel uncomfortable. Teeth are so personal and Dr Guelff doesn't make you feel intimidated.

        All is fine except the billing department. Youll always get different time frames when asking about payments and if you can make changes. I had someone tell me you have to call three days before, 7-10 days and even 30 days. I guess they say whatever they want to avoid helping you out. I cant wait to get done with them.
