Terrible customer service, terrible vet service, outrageous prices, and filthy exam rooms! Full of hidden charges and outrageous prices! If you don't read every sign in the building be prepared to have over $70 of hidden charges. Extra charges for setting up records, more charges for getting a prescription filled through chewy, and to top it off a 3% charge for paying with card. All of which you will not be told unless you read the sign for yourself. As a first time client to this vet I would expect them to be more welcoming and helpful and making me aware of different charges. Also, my dog was not vaccinated in my presence. The vet was in the room for less than a minute took my dog and left. How do I know if they even gave my dog what they said they did or if they are just trying to charge me more money! Lastly, the place was so dirty! They do not clean in between clients, the floors and exam table were full of hair and the walls had dog urine stains all over them! $435 for a regular annual exam and shots. Never again.
