Owner was very accommodating and friendly, gave tips and the boat ran well. We had absolutely no issues with our experience and will definitely be return customers. We were also able to get live bait and tackle. Overall great experience.

McGhee's is one of the very few boat rentals that has fishing boats in their inventory along side of the pontoon boats which is why I rented from them.  I called about a month before my trip and requested one of the fishing boats.  They have a center consul Triton and a conventional right side consul. All were booked except a small aluminum with a 40 HP.  I settled on that boat but when I arrived the gentleman had an aluminum Triton with a 60 HP and a trolling motor available and rented me that boat.  McGhee's Boat Rental is located  at 217 Butler Drive, Satsuma, FL 32189 at the Georgia Boys Fish Camp.  It is a beautiful place on a lagoon leading to Dunns Creek, which allows easy access to the St. Johns River, Crescent Lake and Lake George.The boat and both motors ran flawless and I even caught a big fish on the St. Johns River.  When I returned, the fuel pump was not working properly and he couldn't refill the boat with gas.  I said why don't you estimate my usage and he said don't worry about the fuel.  I didn't get his name but he couldn't have been a nicer guy.  All I ended up paying was $60.00 for the use of the boat for 1/2 day.  Our time on the water turned out to be the best part of our trip to the region.  I highly recommend McGhee's Boat Rental.

This was a great experience. The boat was fair priced and worked great to catch plenty of fish in the St Johns and surrounding area . Scott and the Georgia Boys have everything you need to get on the water for a fun day.

AMAZING experience!! My wife and I rented an 18' foot pontoon and spent a few hours on the water and LOVED it! The owner was extremely helpful and gave us some great tips about how to operate the boat, and where to go to have the best experience. We will definitely be going back!

Nice little marina and cabins. Boat was prepped, had good safety gear, worked well, had fun taking it out to practice my powerboating skills. Manager was engaging, enjoyable experience and can't beat the price.
