Inspect & Save

Wow, this guy is either incompetent, or just plain lazy. Used him for a home inspection back in 2017 when I purchased my home in satellite beach. I ended up spending tens of thousands of dollars on repairs and improvements, and just recently sold the home. Turns out I had to give tens of thousands as a buyers credit for inspection items that were existing when I bought the home, but were not called out by Kris Militano at the time. His inspection report was about 4 pages long, while the buyers inspection I just had came back at around 20 pages. How could so many things have gone bad in 4 years after all the improvements I made? They didn't, the items were existing from the time the home was built, according to the inspector. Kris was referred to me by my realtor at the time, Nancy Taylor with berkshire hathaway, and I believe they were working together to con people into buying houses without disclosing fully all necessary safety and repair items. Nancy was raking in the dough from all the northrop transfers at the time. I would never recommend either this company or Nancy Taylor. They are frauds and con artists and should be called out and held accountable.

Kris is great! We had him do a whole house inspection, 4 point inspection & a wind mitigation on a house we are purchasing. He is very thorough & was able to answer any questions we had as well as recommend solutions. We would absolutely use him again!

Kris did the inspection of our home prior to purchase including the wind-mitigation and 4-point inspection. Once completed he took the time to go over the entire inspection with us, explaining what every issues, potential issue, or even benefit that he found throughout the entire home. He also came back and reinspected to be sure the major issues that were found were fixed prior to us closing on the house. We really appreciated that the customer service he provided, how responsive he was to any concerns or questions we had, and unlike so many other interactions we have had, how timely, and professional he was. This man has a wealth of knowledge in this industry and really displayed that with our interactions. I would highly recommend him for any construction, or inspection needs.
