Attended a gentle flow class lead by Kathy and it was exactly what I needed. Great space, quick community from around the village and altogether a great session. Thanks again!

Loved my yoga class with Jillian! Im in town visiting and it was exactly what I needed to relax and center myself. Highly recommend taking a class at this studio!

Beautiful space, great yoga experience, perfect location, loved the music, and Gillian is an exceptional teacher; she's patient, yet pushed me just enough to get the most out of the class
