I love this studio! I love the traditional hot with Alice and Yolanda. I also love hot with a twist, with Melissa she infuses yoga with fun and surprise . The twist class creates a sense of surrender and calm because you really cant predict the next pose and you must be fully in the moment .

This studio is my happy place! The teachers are kind and helpful. They bring their own unique style to the various classes. One of my favorite classes is yoga with a twist that Melissa teaches! I like not knowing what posture is coming next and her sense of humor keeps it real

Love love Hot Yoga 4 u! I had knee surgery just over 5 months ago and their classes have been a very integral part of my rehabilitation! I burn more calories in Alices 1 hour class than actually going for a 3 mile run!!! Melissas class are always different, she keeps you guessing the whole time! She also adds some much needed comedic relief!! Highly recommend this studio to everyone!

I wanted to like this place. After my first class with Yolanda, I did. But then, Melissa taught a class and she was all over the place, left was right, right was left. She couldnt get her directional directions right. On top of that she was Rude to me when I arrived. Not the relaxing yoga environment I was hoping for. :(
