Jeanie is an incredible force of nature. She has helped me discover limitations I didn't realize were holding me back. I was stalling while starting my new business and with her support and coaching I realized limits I created for myself subconsciously. I love that she focuses so much on personal empowerment and has helped me push past my personal barriers. As a freelancer, this couldn't be more important. She helps learn how to hold yourself accountable, instead of looking for external support or validation. I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for personal empowerment tools. Before coaching with Jeanie, I struggled to define what my goals and desires even were. Now, I have a clear vision for my life with the confidence and motivation to keep it up. I tend to procrastinate, not complete or even start things if I am not held accountable. Jeanie helped me envision my goals, break them down into small steps, and I got things done! Besides helping me with my personal goals, Jeanie also worked with me on my relationships, past traumas, and other issues. I’ve struggled with clutter for decades. My husband would try to help - we would end up fighting and the clutter remained. I had therapists that tried to help, but nothing ever worked. I tried on my own - creating schedules and goals - only to fail again.
Then I started working with Jeanie. Through our coaching sessions, several mental roadblocks were uncovered one-by-one. I discovered many deeper, internal negative messages that were paralyzing me from successfully decluttering my home. In the process, I learned new tools to create successes in my life. With Jeanie’s insight and guidance, I am conquering my decluttering issues and gaining self-esteem.
The task at hand is not yet completed, but with Jeanie’s continued motivational and inspirational conversations, I see the light at the end of the tunnel. What once left me feeling helpless and hopeless has become an aspect of my life that is manageable and fulfilling; changing chaos into serenity.
