Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Bar & Store

Yummy food and great service. I requested a table in a quiet area and they accommodated for my mom and I. The spaghetti squash meal was unique and delicious.

Dinner for 4, the menu is not very extensive, they have a kids menu. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good. I think the bread is the best The food is acceptable and reasonably priced except for some dishes.

Extremely unprofessional host. We asked if we could grab a drink at the bar while we waited for the staff to clean up a table outside. The host came by while we were waiting for our drinks to tell us the table was ready and he was going to grab us some menus. 10 minutes passed and he never came back to us. I went up to the front to see what was going on. The host then told us that someone else had given the table away and we would have to be put on the 20-min waitlist if we wanted to sit at a table outside. Totally understand that there are multiple staff on site and miscommunications happen. Whats unacceptable is not coming to let us know that it happened and just ignoring us until we confronted him about it. When I told him that we wouldve have appreciated some communication about the lost table, his excuse was that he thought we were going to stay at the bar because we didnt follow him to the front while he grabbed menus for us. Not once did he apologize and own up to the situation. This is not the level of service I expected to be receiving at a Tommy Bahama.
