Started talking with Matt after finding his thorough videos on YouTube. We had dreams of building from scratch and had very specific wants, but we didn't want to wait a year or more. Identified several homes throughout the area we liked, but none were PERFECT. Matt was able to use his relationships to get us on a purchase agreement in a less than 24 hour turnaround time for quick move-in which will be ready in 3 months in a highly sought after area!
