My family and I have been fortunate enough to have Christina work with us when we needed her. She is everything you would look for in an agent.. She really knows the area, and she is very precise and quick. However, her energy and enthusiasm enabled us to go through this process a lot happier!! We would recommend her for all her abilities.

David went out of his way to really ask what we wanted and prescreened homes in our price range. We were shown over twenty home s before we walked into the one with the wow factor. The closing was trouble free. I highly recommend him as some one you can trust and who will save you time and money

Asked for information about a seven month lease on a furnished rental, was told their policy is to collect all of the money up front and the only way to avoid that is a month to month agreement. I said that paying seven months up front is not an option for me, and she then informed that if I agreed to a month to month, and someone suddenly showed up willing to pay three months or longer in advance, their policy is that I would be kicked out and my monthly rental cancelled. She then said that unless I was happy with this sort of arrangement she could not help me. I informed the rental agent that what I was looking for were the only rules that applied, and that I had encountered plenty of other agencies who had different tenant friendly policies, and Coldwell is free to contact me once they make a decision to actually serve their customers. I can only imagine the problems I would be suffering if I actually went with this company.
