I’ve had several experiences with the buying and selling of homes. I’ve had realtors who worked an obvious number of hours with us and some who were basic clerks on the transaction. My experience with Patrick Beedie was of a different type. With him, I really felt I could trust my realtor. My elderly mother, was looking for a condo. We had a lot of constraints… size; floor; budget; location. With market conditions, this became a hard task. Patrick ended up finding the perfect fit and at our budget point. We had endless questions, viewings and ended up going through the offer and closing process. Patrick was by our side throughout the entire process. He helped us find an excellent home inspector and helped set up financing for my mother. Everything went off like clockwork and we closed the property ahead of schedule. I had a desire to get a clear picture of the closing financials earlier than when the figures were available. Patrick helped to create an accurate estimate which helped us minimize mom’s cash flow issues at closing. Patrick was helpful with choosing after closing services like carpet cleaning, moving and electricians as well. In all, our experience was exemplary. He was lighting fast to respond to any question, always on time for appointments and just a pleasure to work with. I’m sure we will be using Patrick’s services again.

If you choose Beedie Realty, it will be the best decision of your life! My husband and I were fortunate to have the opportunity to work with Patrick and Michelle Beedie when purchasing our new home. We opted to build and had their support the entire year of the journey. Patrick goes above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. Being first time home owners, he educated us on every step of the process. Patrick made sure to answer every call, email or text, and he even met with us on several occasions to discuss progress. He was there for us as an advocate and a friend. Patrick’s knowledge and expertise of home building and home buying far exceeded our expectations when pursuing a realtor. We are so grateful and appreciate all that Patrick and Michelle have done for us. We have a beautiful new home, and they made that possible. This was our first time buying a house, I am a retired veteran and my wife a retired teacher. I had heard the horror stories from friends about their home buying experience and trying to buy and look for a home during the Pandemic. From our first conversation with Patrick and throughout the Home Buying experience he was always there every step of the way. Anyone who has ever worked with Patrick knows that his day starts before the sun comes up and does not end until he has answered every email or responded to every text or phone call. Speaking from my own experience some of those late night phone calls were with me and my wife. Patrick was great to work with. He was responsive to all of our questions and kept us up to date throughout the entire process . Overall, it was a very smooth transaction. Patrick and Michelle are a great team. I would def. recommend them.
