Never spoke with someone more disrespectful, and unprofessional. This is not an ethical company. It's funny how all there reviews are a 1 star or a 5 star because all their good reviews are fake. The 1 stars are the real reviews they are just trying to bring their score up. Horrible company in my opinion. I was reading other review and found out they tried to do the same thing time as they did the lady below. *Please Read* Buyer and Sellers is beware! I wish there were an option to give this particular real estate company no stars. This review is being given by a real estate agent who backed out of a transaction with property represented by Jubilee Realty. It is unfortunate that they do such a dissatisfaction to their represented sellers... My buyer was very much interested in purchasing a property represented by this particular company. Bullying their way around a conversation seems to be a strategy that is used specifically by Bart and Lillie. Not allowing you to speak, constantly being cut off during questions asked, and attacking you personally seems to be the professional technique that is being used. In regards to their practices, it is mandatory that the buyer have an inspection done on the property before the price point is approved through the bank. Forcing the buyer to invest money in a property, when it is unclear if their offer will be excepted. Be aware that this company requires a $3600 (Fee that they pay themselves) that they demand be put in escrow! The reason for this, they had a transaction that went poorly about a year ago with a squatter according to Bart. Future buyers are now being penalized for a deal gone wrong. I have dealt with many short sales in my profession. It is an unfortunate circumstance that can and should be handled by other companies.

Rich & his team helped me immensely w/ little to no money out of MY pocket. He may talk "fast" but I suspect it's to keep up w/ the bankers & money lenders. Imo, he can't be a scammer when he acted in MY best interest making NO money off of me. He didn't even know that I am a Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate since 1998 or that I was also a licensed FL Mortgage Broker for a few years. When I was facing foreclosure after being in my home since March 1997 & had, what I felt like, no other options - Rich & his team of experts had my back! Summer Velisek Orlando, FL

The main thing I always looked for in a realtor is someone honest I could trust. I had been burned several times by unscrupulous realtors so frankly I was skeptical but Jubilee's reputation for honesty and straight dealing was not exaggerated. They dealt with me fairly and did what they said they would do, I got a good price for my house (above market value) in a timely manner with no hidden costs or fees. There are honest dealers in this world and thank God I found Jubilee.
