In all honesty it was my wife's idea (pls don't tell her, she's been rubbing my nose in it since the start) and at first I wasn't keen on it, but in the end it was a great idea. Busy at work and a bit too mischievous at home while in puppy phase, this is the perfect solution. After reading the overwhelmingly complimentary reviews we thought we were in great hands. From Shelby's first day, with very slight apprehension, to the next day she jumped out of the truck and never looked back. This is entirely due from Bond, the owner and every single lady working there!!! They ALWAYS greet you and the pup with the upmost enthusiasm every time. This provides the owners with a wonderful peace of mind, but a testament to the dedicated staff. While I dislike missing names (because all the ladies are wonderful), Sidney the manager is a sweetheart and you can see her love for the job and the animals. While I've never had any of my prio packs in daycare, if I was try to conceive and design one, Bond & Tom have achieved puppy (all ages too) heaven. Thank you for the wonderful job, and the wonderful staff. As another local business owner, we know it starts from the top down, and a positive outlook is contagious.
