Rice was hard and under cooked. All employees looked sad except for the cashier. Everything else was great.

Ordered food from here less than an hour ago. Placed my order on the Chipotle app and picked it up in store. I get home and start eating, and my white rice is crunchy! They sold me uncooked rice! I went to their chat bot to resolve my issue, and it tells me, "Thank you for your feedback." I don't want appreciation for my feedback. I would like some of my money back for having to eat gross rice!

Every time I go there, no chicken, no corn, no lettuce, fajita is raw. No change for cash payment. Very bad service. The portions are getting smaller and smaller.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am over ordering delivery from this location. My order is never correct. I pay extra for queso and never get it. This time my entire order was incorrect! I order delivery due to my time crush with lunch hour. I paid $26 and I don't get half of what I order! By the time my order is delivered I don't have time to drive over there to have it corrected. Why is paying attention so difficult!! This is ridiculous and very disappointing.
