Slow, the doctor is somewhat short and rude with you, and also claimed that I hadn't answered previous calls even though I answered every one they gave me, possibly reporting a "non-contact positive" without even calling me before I could talk to the MRO and get the true result. In addition, they had a computer issue the first time they called me, promised to call me back "first thing in the morning", but I ended up having to call THEM that afternoon - then they had to callback an hour later (which they got around to early, and was about the only timely thing I experienced here.) The receptionists on the phone are OK and fairly understanding, and the actual interview with the doctor was quick, but the entire process was just a cluster. I'd give them 1.5 stars if I could, as my experience seems to have been slightly better than a lot of the reviews here. However, they definitely don't deserve a full 2 stars. They really need to work on being punctual with their calls and not rushing and suddenly hanging up on you during the MRO interview.
