Thanks for taking advantage of me! I appreciate your insurer rear ending my daughter. Your team set up the rental for me with a reservation. Your now saying I didnt call in (not true). You set it up???????? I was told to track down the receipt and that would be the only way I could get reimbursed? Seems odd I have to do so much to get my money back? I think State Farm hopes I forget so they can put more to the bottom line! Review your notes and give me my money back and stop making me do all the work. Your customer hit me!!!!
