This has to be one of the worst companies to work with. Constantly put on hold. The office in Sarasota, Florida is closed when in fact the state of Florida has been open for business for over a year. There is no one to one or a face that you can speak to its either on the phone or email. This is not how business should be done. However the poor excuse is covid covid coved. Sad. I would not recommend this company.

Dont' waste your time with PayChex or ADP for that matter. Find someone who actually cares about small to mid size businesses.

Worst system to try and format a password. So many bugs and glitches. Bring back ADP

Started in January with them. They changed my personal rep 3 times. Set up automatic payroll once per month for my company of which I am sole employee. Forgot to do payroll one month all together. Had to double up the next month. Then they did payroll twice in one month causing bank returns and overdraft fees and mass confusion. Then they deposited that money back into my account even though I told them it was being returned. Then they demanded I drop everything to arrange a wire back to them by a deadline or my service will be interrupted. Customer service has no clue how this auto payroll got screwed up. I get I am just so confused! Its a bot so I dont know how this could have happened LOL. I am seeking another company as I have lost ALL confidence in Paychex. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
