I do not recommend this location or one o the doctors because she does not know how to talk to people or show compassion for her patients. Some of the front desk workers are short with you and try to get you off the phone. And, sadly, sometimes you have to call more than once to get something done immediately to help a senior person. I'm considering reporting this center and this doctor!!

Front desk never answers the phone. Many many times I've had to actually call the pharmacy to get a hold of someone because of trying to call hours at a time and never get an answer.

UPDATE 10/14/21: Im on my third week of trying to get my RX sent to the correct pharmacy. I have now called this office over 6 times, and left 4 voicemails which none have been returned. If I call the office and by a miracle someone answers, Im immediately placed on hold for 15 minutes with no one coming back to the phone. I am now considering reporting the office to BBB, the higher chain of command of the MCR health medical group, or the attorney general of Sarasota county. I will continue to update on this situation until MCR solves the problem.
I will remove this review when your office sends my prescription to the correct pharmacy (Ive called 3 times and have been told by two different people that they were resending it to the correct pharmacy and it still has not happened and I gave the office the exact address on 2 separate occasions) and when my voicemails about this issue are returned by an office manager. Its been weeks since my visit and this is not acceptable. They were 2.5 hours late to to my appointment where I sat in a cold exam room, and the fillI-in MDs bedside manner was severely questioned when she accused me of being addicted to a prescription for a diagnosed medical condition that I have had for over 10 years because I came in requesting a refill. (And literally handing her my previous prescription). I had to explain to the doctor (in a way that made it obvious that it is completely NOT OKAY to be as unprofessional as she just was) about my diagnosis and my family heredity of said diagnosis. I have never experienced anything quite like this before. Wow.
