I called Independent Home Inspection Services Inc. because of water stains on my ceiling. Richard Ienna of Independent Home Inspection Services found a leak from the tile roof and rotted wood at the edge of the roof.
He also inspected a similar roof formation on the other side of the entry way and found additional wood decay.
Independent Home Inspection Services, Richard Ienna, acting as my agent interviewed a number of roofers for bids and procedures to repair the roof.
We decided on the roofer and Richard oversaw the repairs, checking that the work was done correctly and as specified.
I recommend Independent Home Inspection Services, Inc. as a great company and will call him again.
