Blue Lizard Home Inspections

I was very pleased with the excellent home inspection they did for me. They had pictures of everything they inspected, comments and repair or replace notes. They did infrared imaging of walls, range & dishwasher. At the end of the report they itemized the deficiencies they found giving me a very clear picture of the condition of the property I was purchasing. It was the most comprehensive home inspection I have received. I received the report within a few days of ordering it. I did everything over the phone & received the report via email. Although initially happy with our inspection, we have had many unexpected obstacles with our new house that I feel should have been detected by this company. One being a large roof leak that certainly is not a new problem (per roofers). I would not use company in future for house inspection.
