Michael did a fantastic job, he informed me on certain aspects of the inspection as he went along, he was very through and extremely knowledgeable. Michael provided me with the written report within a few hours.l would say Michael is a master craftsmen in home inspections

Michael was great to work with. Scheduled short notice on a Sunday morning to investigate a property for me. He showed up on time and did a thorough job. Was honest with his assessment. Would highly recommend.

I called Michael last second asking for him to please make time to do a home inspection so my insurance would not drop me... giving him 1 days notice for him to do the 4-point required.He originally couldn't fit me into the schedule when I asked for a appointment that following day, but after I explained Id be dropped if I waited the following week....he made a exception!The next morning, Michael made an extra early start to his day and arrived with a smile. Lets not forget...I also forgot I needed a wind inspection last second and well...he missed lunch to get it done! Im a new home owner with a house thats falling apart and he answered a zillion questions and took time explaining everything to me.This guy is a gem! If you're looking for a hardworking and great guy to go a step just above everyone else...here he is!
