Johnny was our inspector. He was on site when we arrived. Walked us through the items of concern and was very thorough We are new to the area and he offered us some good information for services we will need. Great job!

I hired this companyas I was impressed with their presentation on the technology they used for home inspections regarding the foundation and insulation of my new home. I've seen home inspections conducted before and I was not impressed with this one as a lot was missed. Again I just wanted more in depthon the foundation and installation of my home as I was getting up to my one year anniversary on my new home. Long story short my master bathroom had an upgrade of $3,500 for a walk-in shower. The inspector noticed a little girl missing on one of the tiles but failed to see the entire top wall of the tiles was not sealed with grout. When confronting the company on this issue they said that nobody is perfect. When I showed them the video of what they messed they said I should be happy as I caught it and we'll have it fixed. I told him that wasn't the pointthat they missed this huge problem which would have caused moistureand would have been much more money to repair down the road.they showed my video on a home inspection site getting only opinions of inspectors which was very biased and basically a slap in the face to me.I later asked them how would they feel if I showed this video the other homeowners instead to get their opinion. Would that be biased? It was like talking to a brick wall. I do not recommend this companyas they cut corners and did not do a proper job to my satisfaction and overcharged me for this horrible inspection.I made the error of choosing them but I will not make the error of giving them credit where it's not due.
