Juana Machado is professional, caring and a pleasure to deal with. She understands the profession and cuts off any problems before they happen. Her personality is friendly, funny and understanding. She is relentless in her care of the patient and puts their needs ahead of hers. She is willing to adjust her schedule to accommodate the patient's doctor's appointments. When the need for Home Health Care for my wife became apparent, I interviewed a number of Home Health Care providers and selected Comfort Keepers. I could not have made a better choice. Comfort Keepers assigned Rachel Brown to us. She immediately formed a strong bond with my wife and she is excellent in all ways. She communicates very well, is very imaginative in how to spend her time here and has a personality that gels exceptionally with both my wife and me. She is very professional at all times.
