Shameful and horrible customer service. My wife joined late 2019, had to cancel due to COVID. Even after providing written proof we cancelled the membership via email and postal mail (the only method available during statewide COVID shutdown), the third party that collects membership dues for this gym continued to harass us. Absolutely ZERO response from this gym to many phone calls and emails from both my wife and I. Be aware that if you join, cancelling your membership will be a NIGHTMARE.
