I went in there today to buy 3 clubs, over $1,100 worth of clubs. I had picked out 2 clubs and was in the process of selecting a driver. It was murder trying to get someone to help me. There were virtually no customers in the store. The sales people that werent scrolling on their phones were no where to be found. Fed up, I went back to get the two clubs I selected and told a salesperson that I wanted and they were gone, without a sales person around. No sale! Hate to have a customer service issue with them. Golf business must be good. Going to the PGA store tomorrow.

Had a driver fitting session with JT. JT is absolutely fantastic!! He is patient, knows his stuff & honest. Was not trying to make a quick sale. Walked out with his contact info if I had any questions. Cant wait to get my irons, wedges & putting fitting sessions.

Experience here varies. It is the closest golf store to us so we tend to go here. Customer service is hit or miss, Jay is very helpful. On the down side, they send out coupons through the mail but when you go to buy a club they do not honor it at the register.
