        HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would like to preface by stating I NEVER write poor reviews. But this practice is infuriating . I had a colonoscopy scheduled with Dr. Mishra. I changed my diet for three days and fasted all day for my colonoscopy. I was supposed to get a phone call by 4 oclock giving me my instructions for arrival. No one called me. So I called the office and waited on hold for 20 minutes (mind you I was about to start my prep). They told me that they canceled my procedure for the next day with no explanation! I was told to leave a message with the nurse. If I hadnt called them, I would have continued fasting and doing the prep. There is NO REGARD for patient care at this facility! I have had 8 colonoscopies due to cancer and I have NEVER had a practice treat their patients like this. Absolutely unreal.
