Ten years ago, we bought an oak futon frame + mattress from Builder's Model Furniture that have been used on a daily basis as a couch and, occasionally, as a bed. At the time, we were very happy with the quality of futon. The entire buying experience was very positive. Now, all these years later, one of the frame's arms came undone due to ten yrs of heavy usage. We called up Builder's to ask for advise. That very week, Jeff Smith, the owner came over HIMSELF to assess the damage and see if he could repair it. We were amazed at his responsiveness. We can't thank him enough for taking the badly broken arm to his workshop for repair and returning a SECOND time to our home within a day to set the frame up again. The futon has another ten years of life ahead thanks to Mr. Smith.
