        Customer service at the upstairs womens dresses department has a thing or two to learn about about servicing customers when checking out. The lady at checkout aside from not knowing how to operate to the register, was hesitant when I asked about a hanger and a bag for my daughters grad dress. Ill be happy to provide information in this sale. Will not be coming back to this store even if I have to drive to Tampa! Never have I had this type of service anywhere and I have lived in many cities around the USA including NYC. This is so disappointing.
