I made appointment (phone and online) and gave to Maria all information about my insurance. She called back saying that my insurance werent find my profile. I called my insurance and everything was ok and I called back Maria about it. She said that she was going to call them again. The day of my appointment called me and asked for the phone of my insurance again! that she should have already. I was so upset that I cancelled the appointment and going to look for another professional.

Been going to this dentist for over 20 yrs, the appt yesterday was shameful. No remorse, no sympathy, no check up phone call like promised. Money money money is always the topic there. I cried the hour in the chair as he was yanking my tooth out...he didnt care, he had other appointments. With this being said, WON'T HAPPEN TO ME AGAIN. The staff should be embarrassed. I'm totally disgusted.
