My husband and I had our first appointments/exams in May of 2023. At that time I received a printed estimate to have my wisdom teeth removed. We had a few cleanings that year and changed dental insurance in January of 2024. I needed a new estimate for my wisdom teeth. I called a few times. No one answered and I never got a call back. I emailed, never got a response. I finally drove down to the office one day and asked for a print out of my wisdom teeth removal estimate with my new insurance. In March I called to schedule the surgery. Apparently they were closed on a Monday (their website states they are open on Mondays). A different dental office answered and said they could schedule the surgery for Aspire. I booked the for April on a Thursday because the woman I spoke to said that the dentist only schedules surgeries on Thursdays. I asked several times if the Dr needed to see me before surgery to re-evaluate and was told no. The day before the surgery I called the office because I thought it was strange that they hadn't called me for pre-op information. The other dental office answered again and said my appt was only for a "re-evaluation." The morning of the surgery I called the office again and was promptly told that I was have an eval and same-day-treatment, and then rushed off the phone. I arrived for my appt and was taken back for x-rays. I noticed there were many people working behind the front desk so I am not sure why they never answer when I call. Dr Mozin entered the room and started off by saying that I was not going to have surgery because they don't do surgeries in her office, and that for my kind of wisdom teeth she would refer me to an oral surgeon. I became visibly upset because I had taken time off work, my husband had re-scheduled his clients so he could take care of me. How could I go home with not 1 but TWO estimates for tooth extraction when an oral surgeon referral was never mentioned?! I give 1 star because Dr Mozin got on the phone and called around and found a surgeon that had an opening that day for me. But I will not go back to an office that I have to jump through hoops just to see the Dr. I also cannot trust the office staff to schedule or prepare me for an appointment. My husband and I will be looking for a different dental office.

I would give them a zero star but unfortunately its not possible. The office staff would not give me a price on a deep cleaning, why are the prices hidden until seen? She then lied and claimed I was raising my voice and hung up on me. Its sad that customer service is terrible in this country, when all I want is information and when they run around in circles they immediately say that you are raising your voice and hang up on you. Trying to call back to speak with someone else and they only keep putting me on hold. Very bad customer service and I know nothing will happen but maybe others can see this review. Its unfortunate that it has come to this. I will continue my search for a dentist office that truly cares about their patients as much as they care about their profits.

The office of Aspire Dental is bright and clean and Doctor Ana and the staff are all wonderful and kind. My dental exam went smoothly.
