        I ordered two different tarte mascaras online and ever since have been struggling with pink eye really bad. Something Ive not struggled with before. I quit using them and it cleared up with dr prescription eye drops. As soon as I used their mascara it came back again! 3 times this happened . Ive been hearing that Sephora resells their returned items as brand new products and Im wondering if this is true . Im done shopping here! Ulta is much better!
