Trademark Aluminum

Update: it has been a 1 1/2 years since the pool cage has been installed. There is a spot that is leaking by the gutter and leaving rust stain on my pavers and most of the screws are rusting. We complained to our pool contractor and we were told they no longer use this company. Our pool contractor hired Trademark Aluminum to install our pool cage. Very quick on the install. Everything was up in 1 day they came back the next day to finish up a few little things. Pool Cage looks great! They also installed some gutters and a doggie door. Seems to be Very good quality.

We have had two pool cages installed by Trademark and have had the most wonderful experience each time.  They are professional and the most skilled group of workers we have encountered in Florida.  When you want a quality pool cage, this is absolutely the team to use. We do not understand the negative reviews.  Our experience has been extraordinary over the course of years and our pool/lanai cages have been exactly what we wanted.  We would use them in a heartbeat. They recently installed an almost post-less, bronze, cage, complete with a dog door and it is absolutely beautiful.

3 years ago, I contracted Trademark to extend my lanai. That project included the following:a deck extensiona new cageadding extensions to the plumbing for my in-ground spa (jets and blower)new textured cement Painting the new textured cement.The original plan was to apply for permits in January, begin work in February with a completion date in the beginning of March.The job was completed in mid May only following my complaints.The results are as follows:Since there shallow standing water in my spa for a number of weeks, the spa was stained and I had to pay for an acid wash.2 years following the completion of the project, I noticed that I was leaking water. I hired a company to detect the leak location and they informed me that the leak was in the blower line underneath the new lanai extension. My options were to either tear up the new lanai extension or plug the blower holes in the bottom of the spa. I chose the latter.I cannot now use the blower.The paint used on the lanai began to develop mold. I have had to repaint the lanai with a mold resistant pool deck paint.To be fair, Trademark did a fine job on the cage, however, in light of ruining my spa, project delays and causing additional expenses, I would never recommend Trademark Aluminum for any project. They do not deserve 1 star.

Just to let everybody know on Facebook the experience I had dealing with Trademark Aluminum and Concrete; don't deal with them they are not reputable, they do shoddy work, they don't return phone calls, they just take your money. Please share this with everybody in Sarasota Manatee and Charlotte County. Hopefully this will enhance their reputation and they will no longer do business in these counties or Florida State. They are not reputable contractors, screen room was pourly built, the roof leaks, when concrete was laid they did not cover it and did not want to fix it to make it look nice because they told me I was putting carpet on it anyway. Well, when you pay over 6 grand for something it should be done right. Apparently they do not agree. They will not come back to finish the job repair or return my calls. The roof still leaks and concrete does not look as it should, I only owe them $500... they are apparently writing it off.
