My first car accident was when I was in my late 20's...that is when I first needed a chiropractor. I had heard about how they twist your body and crack your back and I was in so much pain...I couldn't see how that would make me feel better! I was referred to Naomi Fontaine and told that she was extremely experienced in the "activator method". So I said that sounds interesting and I will try it!
I immediately fell in love with the entire staff! Stephen was her assistant at the time and Naomi was so gentle and loving to me I felt like family right away! I couldn't believe how easy she helped me understand the physiology of my body! I was very young and all I wanted was to feel better and be able to play golf!!!
Today I am 50 years old and I have been involved in two other auto accidents in my life, (none of them my fault by the way!) for a total of three! I have a herniated disc in my neck from the first one, I just received whiplash from the second one, with a lot of recovery time and then a herniated disc and a bulging disc in my lower back. I did not miss a day of work on the two where I have permanent damage! So you never know! What I do know since I was injured at a young age is that it is so important to get the proper care immediately! To ease the pain and help to recover quicker! Your pain tolerance may be high like mine and you could be hurting yourself and be in pain and just block it out! She has educated me and help me understand my body and through her care I have always been able to continue with my playing golf, working out with weights and even boxing!
One of the things I love about Naomi is that she is always continuing her education and in the last year she has added acupuncture to what she can do to increase the speed of my healing...which helps me with my time. I no longer have to see 2 doctors!
Give her a try! You will love her and Stephen and their children...(their 3 dogs!)
There is no need to walk around in pain! Live life to the fullest with preventative care or corrective care! I couldn't image going without my visits to Naomi Fontaine!!!
