        Courtney and Jenny were the best at keeping us updated on where our Shades were. Took about 3 months, they told us that from the beginning, to get our Shades but the finishing products were well worth the wait. We had 2 huge Shades placed on our lanai screens and it just makes all the difference in the world with keeping out the sun and rain. We love them and the company.and highly recommended them to everyone. They are very honest, thank you Courtney and Jenny for your honesty

        So far no follow up..no calls..shades were supposed to arrive July 15 as the rude lady informed me on phone when I called. Sales lady nice to take my 50% deposit..still no follow up. Poor service..hope shades look nice or problems for Shade and Shield.
