Dont let looks fool you, this place is great. Small, but lots of great food options. The crab legs and shrimp and corn bisque were amazing. Highly recommend. Maybe don't go for the lobster po boy. It was basically just breading and a bun, not much lobster to be seen. Everything else was delicious.

Context: early November/fall of 2021 at 5pm in the afternoon, my mom and I visited this little seaside haven. The restaurant is nice and open with the seaside vibe. Open air ways for the breeze to flow right on through and felt perfect this time of year. Food was incredible!!!!! The fried shrimp and crab was my favorite. I got the all you can eat surf and turf and ate till I was wobbling out 😂 My mom got one of the steamers and didn’t talk the whole time cause it was so good!! For the price and quantity of food you get, you will not find ANY better on the beach!!! Making this a go to for every time we come back to the beach! Also shoutout to Lauren for being an awesome waitress!!

This isn’t the place to come for fine dining, but it is good. Not your typical beach place where you feel like you overpaid for your meal. Get there early if you don’t want to wait!

Elmo's Grill has become my wifes favorite seafood place and mine as well. There are a lot of places to eat at in San Destin but if you're a local or just visiting this has to be a must stop while you're here. If you like steamed crab, shrimp, or lobster then this is the place to go. Their steaks and fresh fish are also nothing to scoff at. It's all reasonably priced as well in a welcoming atmosphere. The wait staff was by far the highlight though. We were greeted with a smile and our waiter was absolutely amazing. He was super attentive and knew everything about what was on the menu which helped sell my wife and I on some of the best shrimp and crab we've ever had. Truly if you are in this part of town or even close by this is a place to go. We will be coming back whenever we are around and it's become my favorite stop of San Destin, and that's saying a lot because the food scene here is great. Thanks for the experience Elmos Grill look forward to coming back.
