Working with Bert and Ellen was a great experience. I met Bert approximately 9 yrs ago when we first stayed on 30A. I have kept in touch since because I knew we wanted to work with her when the time was right. Not only does she live in the community she is also a Seaside business owner. Bert is an expert and very knowledgeable in all things 30A and Real Estate. She does not just sell your home or find you a home. As a former teacher, she educates you on the process. Bert did a great job of educating my wife and I about the local 30A market, what we needed to do to get maximum purchase price, and found us a great buyer for our condo. She is very detail oriented and knowledgeable and I'd recommend Bert and Ellen for anyone moving to or from the 30A area.
