Beach to Bayou is an highly professional home inspection business. I have had two homes inspected by them and both experiences were quite remarkable. I will use them again in the future. Their inspectors showed up when they said they would. They were extremely thorough in their investigative process and documented everything. They found items that required addressing that I may have never discovered until "after the sale" or when there was a major problem. I have had probably 35 - 40 house inspections over the course of my house investments and this is by far, the most thorough and professional, I have ever seen.

After receiving our inspection report we were very impressed with how thorough they were. We spoke with the inspector to review the items he listed and he was very helpful. All around a great experience. We would recommend their services.

This company came in to do an inspection for a potential buyer . I did not hire them nor would I ever after the totally unacceptable “ work” they did Please see the pic in my profile of the front porch rail that they damaged because of not have the proper professional equipment to do that test correctly in stead of a moisture probe the hatch just gouged out the damaged wood with a screwdriver also when inspecting the electric service breaker box ,which had been painted over , instead of using a utility knife to cut the edges so the front panel could be removed without paint damage again the hack said he didn’t have a utility knife with him so he just used a screw driver to cut around the box which when he pulled off the cover he pulled of paint from all around the cover There are to many good inspectors in the area there is no reason to use anyone who takes no pride in what they do and works like this know nothing!
