I have never even considered going back to a salon after a haircut to complain until I went to Rolland's.  The girl who cut my hair did an absolutely horrible job.  My hair is completely uneven.  Its longer on the right than the left.  It's also very uneven on each side.  She was completely disinterested in me until time came to check out.  she had my chair around turned during the cut and styling so I couldon't really see how bad it was until I got home.  It looks so stupid and I'm embarrassed about it.  I will not go back there because I don't want her to touch it again and I don't want it any shorter. That would be the only way to fix the unevenness.  I could have gotten a better cut at great clips and it wouldn't have been $75.

Without a doubt... my new salon ... after searching for 5 years !!! I have lived here for over 5 years... there are a lot of subpar hairdressers in this area that charge a small fortune. I don't mind paying for good service and GREAT hair!!! I recently had a bad experience at another salon... $700 later, the OTHER salon dyed my hair a hideous shade of orange and completely FRIED my hair... I mean it was sticky, dead, awful. I spoke with over a half dozen hairdressers all over the country to get an idea of what they suggest. I was at the point that I was willing to travel elsewhere to get my hair feeling and looking good again.Once I spoke with Eva at Rolland's, I knew I FINALLY found my hairdresser. Eva was not only extremely kind but she was also exceptionally knowledgeable. I went in for a consultation with Eva... my hair was in such rough shape, that she called others in for their opinions as well to make sure they could really fix my hair and make it beautiful again.Today I went in and Eva not only gave me the most adorable cut and absolutely gorgeous color, she also brought my horribly damaged hair back to life. I can't even tell you how appreciative I am of what Eva has done for me and my hair.I know to some ... "it's just hair" ... but when you're hair is dyed a hideous color and damaged, it's awful. I've been wearing enormous boho headbands for the past month to cover my head whenever I left the house.Thanks to Eva...I LOVE my hair again.Thank you Eva for not only doing such an amazing and professional job but for being so kind throughout the entire process.

This is my new favorite salon! Everyone is so friendly! I was able to get an appointment next day and they were so flexible. I felt well taken care of and will be back.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I made an appointment in April to have my hair done for my wedding. 2 weeks before my wedding in October they try to change my appointment because they have more  bridesmaids that are trying to accommodate. I told them I was unable to change due to other things going on that day so instead they just cancel my appointment altogether. Future brides beware of this place! They do not care about you they just care about the money.

I went to get My hair cut at this place and they told me to leave because I am disabled and they said "they do not like disabled people's hair because they smell bad". They also kicked my wheelchair and tried to push me into the street. yes I'm talking about you Shannon.
