AdventHealth Rx Plus | Pharmacy

I COULD NOT GET PRESCRIPTION FILLED AT ANOTHER LOCATION BECAUSE WAS TOLD ALREADY FILLED AT RX PHARMACY. IT HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS AND NO MEDICATION. I PAID WITH CREDIT CARD. I AM UNABLE TO HAVE ANYONE RESPOND TO EMAIL, VOICE MAIL ,OR TO DOCTORS OFFICE .I AM HOLDING ON PHONE NOW FOR 30 MINUTES. THIS IS A ZERO STAR ORGANIZATION. If you have advent health insurance you have to use this worthless pharmacy.

This is one of the most disorganized businesses I have ever run across. I waited on hold for 58 minutes to talk to a live person. Then, the medication that I had requested 2 1/2 weeks ago (via the website) had never been sent out...it was still "pending." I was out of it, and it could be the difference of life and death. Such incompetence.

They used to do a great job refilling meds. Always received meds promptly. however, Past few times i have had to submit multiple requests to receive meds. They have never communicated delays.

There is a reason this place has a 1 star rating. I have my meds refilled automatically every 3 months but had not received the new meds and I only had about 1 weeks worth left. I called and tried to talk to a live person. It was next to impossible. I got hung up on, transferred to a dead line, tried the automated system but got nowhere. The entire phone prompt system/customer service is broken. I wouldn't recommend using AdventHealth Rx Plus if you can avoid it.
