What can I say working here has been awesome not only does Lillian understand her employees to the fullest. But the dynamic in the office is like being family. Im blessed to have been in this company for 4 years working. Lillian allows her employees to be them self but also in a professional environment. We are like family and enjoy having debates together for fun and laughter. But I could never have found a better place to work and owner that loves and understands her employees situations. As we grow we learn together Thank you excellent medical billing for being my extended family always .

10/10 would not recommend for services and or employment. This is a family run business and it is full of drama! The owner/owners of the business are unprofessional. It is a couple who are always out together DURING business hours. The employees were always fighting with one another. I watched as an employee quit two weeks after I started. Another who quit before I finished and was there only for two weeks. I was sent to this "business" by my school for externship hours. I was offered a position here after. Pay was not worth it. Consider using this place twice before deciding what will be best for you and your company. This place is not it! ** Sorry if you were misinformed- i completed my hours, but thank you! ** my review on the company still stands.

Very rude and unprofessional. Huge insurance mistakes made cost me over 1 k. Not empathetic and does not have the professionalism to handle mistakes!
