I was in a bind needing a plug ASAP, and I went to go see them, the owner Terry was able to change my plug and came out 15 minutes after I stopped in the store. HIGHLY satisfied and will always recommend.

YOU MUST READ:: My partner and I went from living in our 3200 square foot home to living full time in a 38 Itasco Suncruiser. Brand new to the RV life and loving it our 2006 coaches basement air conditioning /heat went out. Taking it to Linda and Terry Robinson at New Horizon RV, not only have we met new friends, it the best RV repair in the Southeast. Within a week they had a brand new system in stock and installed. We were happy. WELL THEN, our old thermostat gave out so the air was worthless. Taking back to New Horizon, we found out a new thermostat is not available and could be months to get one through Coleman. (And no others are compatible for our two ton unit)and Terry, with expertise and experience wired us to again have heat and air. AIR is A MUST IN FLORIDA. So we are freezing now, LOL. Thank you NEW HORIZON, and then we sprung a major leak draining into the front windshield and into the dash. Again New Horizon to the rescue, they sealed up a huge slit in the roof and again we are fixed. We owe NEW HORIZON our life. The entire group are the most professional and informative people we have ever met. And not only that because we are LIVE INs, they placed priority and got us in and out in a few hours. HATS OFF TO THIS EXCELLENT GROUP. I will use no one but them when in the south. Thank you Robinson for running superior business. YOUR THE BEST and to top it off, they even checked up on us several times since the repairs, REAL PEOPLE WHO TRULY CARE

My name is Cal Brightmon and I live in Colorado Springs, CO. I had to take a trip from Colorado to Palatka, FL for nephews funeral. Stressed with the problems of my nephew passing got compounded quickly with a broken RV toilet. I had a toilet problem which required immediate attention. Ms. Linda excellent knowledge and kind caring disposition talked me through what she felt the problem and solution might be. Turns out Ms. Linda was right. Upon repairing the toilet parts I broke another part on the toilet just before closing time. I called and explained what I broke in addition to the original problem. Do to the caring attitude of the staff, they held off closing in order for me come over to get what I needed. Thank you so much for the great caring staff of New Horizon RV.
