        I called Garage Door Tech LLC of Ocala FL to repair a garage door opener that was not working. They came out promptly, replaced a gear and told us that was the issue. Three days later the door started to malfunction, not closing on some occasions until the third try with the remote. I thought nothing of it, but then the garage door opener stopped working 14 days after the repair. I called Garage Tech again and was told they'd be charging me to fix the door again. You would have thought they'd offer me a free return out to my home to fix the problem they neglected to fix the first time. Opened the unit and the gear they replaced was destroyed...so obviously they misdiagnosed the problem and want to charge me every single time they come out until they figure out what is wrong. These people think customers are made of money apparently. Don't call them!! Save your money. Service: Garage door consultation
