I had a leak in my bathroom, I called Bo's Quality Roofing to give me an estimate, Josh came and gave me the quote. I called him a few days later and he and fix it for me. the work is guarantee for a year. I would recommend them He was very quick and professional. Thanks Josh

Bo came out to my house a day after I called him when other roofers had a two week waiting period for an estimate. He diagnosed a problem and was able to fix it on sight. He gave us some good advice to save money on roof repairs with some maintenance tips. Very appreciative of his advice and help fixing our roof. Would definitely use again

We had Bo's install new roof about 10 years ago and after about the 5th year it started to leak. We called Bo's out and they came out and replaced a few shingles at the spot of the leak and blamed it on faulty shingles. About a year later the roof started leaking at the same spot. So called them out again and this time they said some nails came up had to replace a few wood pieces, and redo the shingles and this time blamed it on improper nailing. This left a significant discoloring and bulge in the ceiling above my dining room which I told them about but they never fixed. Then almost a year later which was earlier this year the roof started to leak in the same spot again as well as another spot in a spare bedroom. This time (after many unanswered calls and contacting the BBB) they came out and said it was due to more faulty nailing and had to replace a few sections of wood that were all water damaged and put new shingles in over both leaky spots. Mean while the drywall in the ceiling had cracked open significantly leaving a 2 foot long crack above my dining room and about a 6 inch crack in the spare bedroom where the water dripped into house when it rained. I asked them to fix this and they said they would send over a drywall person to fix which still has not happened as of yet after calling them a few times to see what is going on and they said they are just waiting for the drywaller to have some free time. Now after a rain storm a few weeks ago we found 2 new leaks in another bedroom ceiling and also in the bathroom ceiling which have the drywall getting discolored and water drips through when it rains. So I am requesting they come out and redo this whole roof again since they apparently did not nail down the boards properly from the initial installation and there is no telling how many more leaks will pop up. I have tried calling them repeatedly but do not get a response. The owner did call one time and said he would come out on a Monday but it has been two weeks since then and we still get no response after leaving messages daily.

Tina Wrigh I'm sorry what happened to you my wife just pass away in may and I had a car wreck that total my truck been in therapy over 5 Mos I do understand your anger and it not how I do things but I had a couple bad years taking care of my wife which was my biggest priority and I would do it all over again if I had to I'm very sorry that you had a bad experience that not how I do business and losing my wife was the worst thing that ever happened in my life and again lm sorry
