This company is outstanding. You can always count on them. Ive never had anything negative to say in 3 years Ive been living here. They treat you fairly and with respect. Everyone in the team is professional and makes the experience wonderful. The quality of the rentals is a big draw for me as well. I would genuinely recommend them to anyone. Im very happy to rent from them!

Ive lived here 2 years and continue to enjoy my experiences with D&D. They maintain our building well and communicate in a timely fashion. For my maintenance requests, Paula is always outstanding with scheduling and getting my requests addressed. The maintenance techs are all friendly and extremely helpful. Recently, Al came to service a request and went above and beyond what was asked of him. I cant recommend this company and team enough! **Update** I just moved out after 3 awesome years. Mary Ellen made the transition seamless. Raul, the property manager was always very kind and available when needed as well. Thank you for such a great experience D&D!
