Jessica was very helpful. She gave us an excellent experience and made sure to cover all our questions throughly. We recommend this experience for anyone looking to have a fun and professional apartment tour encounter. We were also very happy with the cleanly of not only the rooms, but the overall building complex.

Apartments are good quality with a nice gym and pool. Property Manger (David) is very helpful with the move in process.

I moved out over 3 months ago and still have yet to receive my deposit back. I have had to escalate it to the regional office as I am not getting any responses to emails or phone calls. Lack of communication was a problem while I was there, I would send multiple emails and there would never be an acknowledgement. When I was moving out I was asked several times what my move out date would be despite telling them in person, over the phone, and on three separate emails. This lack of communication carried over for whenever there were issues with the building. Overall the amenities were ok, though if something was broken it would take a very long time to be fixed. The neighborhood can be a bit sketchy and not always safe to walk, which defeats the purpose of living close to downtown. Parking is a struggle as there is only one spot per apartment, regardless of how many bedrooms or tenants are living there and guest parking is extremely limited.
