We recommend them highly. very reliable and honest. My mother ordered and paid for a playset over the phone for my grandkids (her great grandkids). Great-grandma lives in Baltimore, kiddos live in Tampa area. She spoke with Todd of Play Tampa Bay several times on the phone and looked at the sets online. Even though Todd was busy with other customers and installations, he always called Great-grandma back, answered all of her questions, and gave her his undivided attention during those calls. They communicated via email as well. I was there when the play set was installed and Todd and his team did a fantastic job. They were very professional, helped us figure out the best placement in the yard, and even stopped to answer all my questions (and my daughter's questions - she's the mommy). The play set is well made, and installation was done in a few hours. The yard was clean and ready for play as soon as the team was finished. We are really happy with the play set, and the professionalism and courtesy of Play Tampa Bay. one thing to remember; Todd handles all sales, service and installation, so you may not hear from him for a day or so, BUT he will get back with you (my mother was a little nervous at first, as she likes things done in her expected time frame, but is thrilled now that the process is complete and she understands all that was involved). We are all thrilled and the kids love the play set. it really was easy dealing with this company.

I highly recommed Play Tampa Bay for GREAT Playsets. We got exactly what we wanted, and can't waid to add more stuff and the kids get older. I wasn't sure if I could fit what I wanted into my yard, so Todd came over and measured to be sure. We really shopped around and no one else offered to come over (and I live 45 minutes from their store). Customer Service was excellent, the prices were very good, and we got a great playset installed in our backyard (Luke and Jacob) did a great job, and even let my kids "help" out and ask a million questions while they built it. Play Tampa Bay is a great local family owned business, not a franchise, and they're AWESOME!

awesome experience, from beginning to end. todd was great! we got exactly what we wanted for our twins. we had to have the playground ready for a party at our house, and they helped expedite the order and installed in the evening so it was ready for the morning event. todd made sure we knew all of our options, and we can't wait to add more as the twins grow up. i recommend play tampa bay to anyone- they're terrific!

We needed a play set for my Autistic Son and it was recommended to go through Play Tampa Bay. Todd was awesome at explaining the different options for us and working with our special needs. My little guy loves his play set and it looks beautiful. I can't thank Todd and Play Tampa Bay enough.
