They take your money but don't come out as they should, they wait for a complaint before they show up. Service is not what you get. Tech's don't go in attic unless you insist, they just want to stand on the ladder and peek up there.

Our sales person Eddie was so pleasant, then months later I call to see when someone would be coming out again since we pay every month and hadn't seen anyone...the customer service rep told me "omg, you're drastically over paying...I'll have a manager call you but in the meantime, call your sales rep because you shouldn't be paying this much" our sales rep said he isn't sure why customer service would say that but he would figure it out. He texted me and said he was having a conference with his manager and he would "make it right" I never heard from him again, 2 weeks go by and I receive a $300 bill in he mail, call to find out what it is for and they say that since I cancelled my service that this was a disconnect fee....I never called to cancel but the notes say that I called and said I was moving...I assumed it would just.be over at this point, paid the "final bill" I just got a charge on my card from them..I have now been on hold while the lol in to it for 23 minutes....just pick a different company, this is not worth it, they are such a mess.

they were doing fine until they reduced my service to once every 4 months from three months without informing me and up charged me, charging me 129 a visit instead of 99. Maybe they should tell the roaches they get a month longer to live, lol. Not good business practice.
